| 1 | Providing & and Injecting Eco friendly, solvent free, CFC, VOC, Halogens and also Phthalate-free, Mountain Grout Ultra which is a low viscosity hydrophobic polyurethane formulation with high elongation properties for sealing leaking cracks or joints where some movement is possible. The system is comprised of a base resin along with an accelerator component. Mountain Grout Accelerator should be used by the experienced installer to manipulate the reaction profile as warranted by job site conditions. Being a hydrophobic formulation, when reacted with minimal amounts of water, the resulting foam will maintain its physical form and not be subject to shrinkage due to wet/dry cycles. When injected into wet cracks, Ultra produces a closed cell foam. | 5 | Providing & applying Two component Cementitious Crystalline coating system on the negative side of the structure except floor by using SS - CrystoSeal 2K manufactured by Assess BuildChem Pvt. Ltd. or its equivalent two-component cementitious system, comprising of a powder and a liquid component, which when mixed with water forms a chemically active slurry that functions on the principle of crystallization. The powder should be composed of a cementitious binder, well graded fillers and a combination of active additives. The liquid should be a polymer modifier. Due to its formulation, the active substances in coating penetrates the substrates by osmotic action, hydrates to form insoluble crystals and there by blocks the penetration of Water into the substrate, through capillaries and cracks. The coating should form a breathable (allows water vapour diffusion) cover that forms an integral part of substrates and shows extreme resistance to water ingress, both on the positive as well as negative side. It reacts with any free lime present in the substrate to form denser hydrates, that prevent any movement of water .
