The pumps shall have bronze impeller SS 316 Gland Plate, shaft, wear rings, seals, bearings. The pump shall have flexible type couplings. Motor shall be TEFC IP55 Sq Cage IE 2 type suitable for 415 plus 10percent volts 50 Hz 3phase AC power supply. refer technical specifications.The pump shall be mounted on common base frame. The maximum permissible sound level of the pump shall not exceed 85dbA measured at 1m from pump surface. The pump shall be supplied with necessary vibration isolators with floating frame. The motors of pumps shall be suitable for operation on Adjustable frequency drive. VFD shall have provision to receive 4to20mA0to10 V signal from CPO Chiller Plant optimizer. The motor selected shall be energy efficient having efficiency IE3 at full load ranging between 91.5percent to 94percent in accordance with motor rating as per specification. The quoted price shall include cost of thermal insulation and cladding for chilled water pumps. Pumps with performance characteristics as given below.Each pump shall be provided with concrete inertia base with weight of minimum two times than that of the pump.Inertia base shall be encased concrete with IS 2062 sheet steel as barriers.VFDs Ambient temp 50 Deg without deration 100kA SC rating with built in harmonic reduction technology to limit THDiless than 5percent at 100percent load and 75percent load with input PFgreater0.99 even at 50percent load as per IEC 61800 2Valid third party test report should be available to suffice this claim own test report by manufacturer shall not be considered.The drive shall utilize efficient technology throughout the entire drive manufacturers power and voltage range to reduce the current harmonics at equipment level within the drive itself or individual active harmonic filters connected in parallel can be used in combination with an AC drive. VFD shall have a provision to automatically stop the PWM switching operation and switch to operation with a direct commercial power supply connection when output frequency matches with power supply frequency. Criteria for change over should be definable via parameters.
